Awards
Depending on the stages completed of the Program, students may be awarded one of a series of qualifications.
- Students who successfully complete only Principles of Gastronomy are eligible for the award of Le Cordon Bleu Professional Certificate in Gastronomy (pdf 45kB)
- Students who successfully complete Principles of Gastronomy plus any other course (core or elective) in the Graduate Program in Gastronomy, but do not subsequently continue in the Program, are eligible for the award of Le Cordon Bleu Graduate Certificate in Gastronomy (pdf 59kB)
- Students who successfully complete all three core courses, plus one of the electives, but do not subsequently continue in the Program are eligible for the award of Le Cordon Bleu Graduate Diploma in Gastronomy (pdf 42kB)
- Students who qualify for the Graduate Diploma and who achieve an average of 70% or higher in their coursework* can proceed to the Dissertation in Gastronomy (or two Research Projects) and, on successful completion of this component, can graduate with the award of
Le Cordon Bleu Master of Arts in Gastronomy (pdf 48kB)
* This requirement applies to students enrolling in or after 2008.
