Chili Cook-off

Leena says:
In the United States, chili is a popular dish made of meat cooked with chili peppers into a stew, and since 1967, people have been competing to see whose chili is the best.

There are so many students from different countries in the Gastronomy program and this was reflected at our own chili cook-off. There was a spicy Singaporean chili with dried pork sausage, an Australian white chicken chili with jalapeños, American chili with dark chocolate in the style of a Mexican mole, and the winner: an Australian kangaroo chili with Vegemite.

Go to http://www.leenaeats.com/blog/ for the recipe of Andrew's winning kangaroo chili.
